<p>Provided is a method for preparing 2-alkoxy-5-tetrazolyl-benzaldehyde compound with safety and with good efficiency, through the formylation of a (4-alkoxyphenyl)-tetrazol compound. A method for preparing 2-alkoxy-5-(alkyltetrazol-5-yl)-benzaldehyde, characterized in that 5-(4-alkoxyphenyl)-alkyl-tetrazol and hexamethylenetetramine are reacted in a solvent of sulfonic acid and then hydrolyzed; and a method for preparing 2-alkoxy-5-(tetrazol-2-yl)-benzaldehyde compound, characterized in that 2-(4-alkoxyphenyl)-2H-tetrazol compound and hexamethylene tetramine are reacted in a solvent of sulfonic acid and then hydrolyzed.</p> |
