<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase regular customers of a game shop by obtaining customer information which is valuable for the game shop to utilize and enabling customers to obtain information or privilege valuable also for the customers to utilize by using output balls. <P>SOLUTION: This game management system is provided with: a reception part which receives premium identification information uniquely imparted to a premium provided to a customer in exchange for game balls and customer information comprising customer identification information for identifying the customer and living local region information for specifying a local section where the customer lives through a communication line; and a point management part for accumulating and storing points of a quantity corresponding to premium identification information coordinated with the customer information.
