<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a monitoring system available for caring an aged person, or the like by an inexpensive and simple device, and to provide the system of easy operation and high practicality. <P>SOLUTION: A portable master unit 1 for selecting specific tag ID, and for transmitting/receiving an electric wave signal is set at a predetermined location, and a portable slave unit 2 for transmitting/receiving an electric wave signal(response signal) in response to the electric wave signal received from the master unit 1 is mounted on an object to be monitored, and the receiving status of the electric wave signal from the slave unit 2 is displayed or outputted with a sound in a monitor mode. Thus, it is possible to monitor the entry of an object to be monitored to a predetermined region, and to search the object to be monitored by gradually weakening electric wave strength from electric wave strength which is stronger than electric wave strength in a normal time in the monitor mode while moving the master unit 1 in a search mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
