The method for predicting the chronic chlamidial rhinosinusitis comprises the qualitative analysis of clinical and anamnestic indices. The following parameters are assessed: the sources of the chronic infections, the number of the acute conditions of the disease (more than five annually), the presence of chlamidial infection in the family of the patient, the duration of rhinosinusitis exceeding ten years, bilateral location of the process, the allergic burden in anamnesis, more than three episodes of acute respiratory viral infections annually, the presence of mycosis whichever location. The presence of the signs listed above is in favor of the chronic chlamidial rhinosinusitis.
