<p>Ice crystals are removed from at least one first stage of crystallization from a coffee solution. The concentrate is removed as the final product and the ice crystals are mixed with the input solution to melt them. Specif. some of the first stage ice crystals may be melted and the remainder washed with the liquid obtained which is then recycled into the input solution.</p> |
