The device has a shutter hinge plate (5) adjusted opposite to a mounting plate (8). The mounting plate bridges the hinge plate with lateral distance and supports a door belt screw (10) that is diagonally moved for fastening at a shutter (1). The screw penetrates into two rectangular recesses (16) between the mounting plate and the hinge plate, where the recesses are overlapped with each other in corner region. The screw comprises a thread section for a clamping nut, where the thread section projects on inner side of the shutter through passage bore holes.
