A refuse bag holder comprises an outer frame 1 and inner frame 2 hinged together to grip the mouth of a bag 7 therebetween. Outer frame 1 may have inward protrusions 5 to increase grip, and a boss 3 to which a shovelling stay 6 may be attached. Inner frame 2 may include a handle 4 for single-handed use of the holder. Both frames may have aligned slots 8, 9 to take a support stand which is spiked or free-standing. |
