FIELD: medicine, in particular, correction of depression states. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves analyzing medical history and individual-psychological features for revealing individual cognitive-behavior style of reaction on negative psychologically damaging factors causing depression; setting up hierarchic pleasure scale in case such style is revealed; providing useful psychotherapy followed by curative-correcting suggestive action and forming motivation for antidepressant cognitive-behavior style; by means of suggestions and exercises, carrying out staged training of patients in psychological auto-training: at first stage, mastering complex of procedures targeted at correction of psycho-emotional state in "here and now" situation including feeling-in, through all sensory perception canals, the state of environmental factors and patient's inherent state, registering created feelings and emotions, giving unprejudiced evaluation of negative factors and appropriately placing said factors in hierarchic scale of possible psychological traumas; providing positive interpretation of registered unpleasant sensations, prolonging and verbalizing positive sensations and emotions; supporting said sensations and emotions by adequate mimics and pantomime; at second stage training in procedures including retrospective accumulation of joy, enhancing extent of pleasant sensations by delaying fulfillment of wish, obtaining pleasure by contrast, inducing joy, adequate hedonistic deeds and acts using hierarchic pleasure scale, with mark value of this act should exactly reflect emotional state of patient. Treatment course includes 3-10 procedures accompanied with controlled home assignments aimed at creating good spirits. ^ EFFECT: stabilized reconstruction and replacement of negative behavior models causing emotional disorders by positive adaptive models eliminating development of such pathology. |
