FIELD: medicine, operative urology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should fulfill lumbotomic access towards a kidney in X intercostal area. While preparing the kidney for fixation it is necessary to carry out decapsulation of certain part of the upper renal pole followed by covering the part of this pole with a proportional plate out of porous titanium nickelide. Then the kidney should be fixed in normal position due to moving and pressing it towards diaphragm with the part of the upper pole covered with the plate out of porous titanium nickelide. The suggested innovation enables to decrease traumatism of surgical interference and simplify the technique conducted. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 3 dwg, 1 ex
