摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress sulfation of an active material due to occurrence of vertical difference (stratification) in the electrolytic liquid density because of insufficient mixing of the remaining electrolytic liquid after current flow formation and the electrolytic liquid used in the second filling in the manufacturing method of a lead acid storage battery in which a first filling is performed to the storage battery assembled by a non-formed electrode plate and a second filling is performed after the current flow formation. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a lead acid storage battery in which a first electrolytic liquid is filled into the storage battery and current is made to flow for the formation, and then a second electrolytic liquid is filled, the temperature T2 at the time of filling of the second electrolytic liquid is made T1>T2 against the temperature T1 of the first electrolytic liquid after the current flow formation.
