PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work-reversing apparatus that can very easily reversing works, for example, a wide variety of wrapping cloth inside out with very high operation efficiency causing no load on the work by the reversing operation. SOLUTION: This work-reversing apparatus has a blowing fan for injecting the air blow to the work in order to turn over the work reversed inside out and a blast machine of which the periphery is surrounded with duct form buckets. A direction-changing part 16 looking back is set on the worker's side of the outlet 18 of the air blast machine, and simultaneously, a retaining part 19 for retaining the part near the opening of the work W is projected inward on the back side of the inside of the outlet of the blast machine and a net receiving the work W is set on the air blowing fun in the bucket. A foot pedal type switch 24 for operating the air-blowing machine 15 is set on the floor near the machine and a table for receiving the work W turned inside out is set on the back side of the air-blowing machine 15.
