<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell-culturing container which can preserve a carbonate-containing culture for a long period and can supply oxygen to the culture medium during culture. <P>SOLUTION: This cell-culturing container comprises a first container receiving culture medium components including at least a carbonate, comprising a gas-impermeable material, and having a cell-introducing port disposed therein, a second container containing culture medium components excluding the carbonate, and comprising a gas-permeable material, and a communication means for communicating between the first container with the second container. The culture medium containing the carbonate can be preserved for a long period, and oxygen can be supplied to the culture medium during a culture. The cell-introducing port is disposed in the first container, and cells can not be cultured, when the culture medium is prepared.
