<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timing information display means for the cellular telephone etc., with little constraint about body shape, capable of stably mounting on the table etc., capable of using as a table clock, capable of informing the incoming call or arrival of mail by a character or an icon while using as a table clock. <P>SOLUTION: The timing information display device constituted with a main body, a lid part provided with a display part, and a connection part for connecting the main body and the lid part with a turnable hinge capable of maintaining a stably turned state at a predetermined angle. The timing information generation part generates the timing information timed by the timing means, and the angle detection means detects the angle between the main body and the lid part opened with a predetermined angle, and the timing information output means outputs the timing information to the display part for displaying the time.
