PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker mounting body of a motorcycle which is less in the leakage of a sound to the periphery even during the travel, and capable of reliably conveying sound information necessary for a rider. SOLUTION: Flat loudspeakers 5 having directivity are mounted on a pair of right and left parts of a vehicle 1 with axes X, X' of the loudspeakers 5 substantially directed in the direction of a rider 10. Since the flat loudspeakers 5 form flat sound sources with the entire surface vibrating in the same direction, plane waves generated from the loudspeakers are less in sound expansion (high in directivity), and sound information from the flat loudspeakers 5 hardly leaks to the periphery, and is reliably conveyed to the rider 10. Further, surfaces of the flat loudspeakers 5 are bent in recessed shapes to form curved surfaces, the directivity thereof can be further enhanced, and sound information necessary for the rider 10 can be reliably conveyed thereby.
