PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm unit capable of intuitively grasping a faulty point, without erroneously recognizing a faulty point notification as an alarm. SOLUTION: In response to a fault detection by a fire sensor 11 or a gas sensor 12, a CPU 10a sets a power lamp 13 from a continuous lighting state to a rapid blink state, so as to notify the fault detection. Further, when a voice confirmation switch 18 is operated at the time of the fault detection by the fire sensor 11, the CPU 10a blinks a fire alarm lamp 16. Also, when the voice confirmation switch 18 is operated at the time of the fault detection by the gas sensor 12, the CPU 10a notifies the fault point by simultaneously blinking a city gas lamp 14 and the fire alarm lamp.
