PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous detection of flow rate measurement due to variation, vibration, and impact of gas supply pressure by attaining the gas flow rate measurement of high resolution in long life. SOLUTION: A gas blocking device comprising a microcomputer 12 for determining a gas flow rate by measuring a positive flow rate signal b output from a positive flow rate detection circuit 7, a negative flow rate signal d output from a negative flow rate detection circuit 8 and a normal flow rate signal e output from a normal flow rate measuring circuit 11, and using the whole input data of alternative five-time measurement of the positive flow rate signal b and the negative flow rate signal d and one-time measurement of the normal flow rate signal e. Thereby the gas blocking device attains the gas flow rate measurement in the long life and prevents erroneous detection of the flow rate measurement. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
