PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel hanging accessory easy to attach/detach and reusable, and its hanging structure. SOLUTION: The panel hanging accessory utilizing a vertical hole formed in an upper end face of a panel, and a lateral hole formed to communicate with the vertical hole from a panel wall surface or a long-side end face, comprises a tubular member inserted through from the vertical hole and provided with a collar part at the upper end to abut on the panel upper end face; a bar-like member inserted through the tubular member and longer than the tubular member; and an insertion member inserted through from the lateral hole and engaged with the nearly lower end of the bar-like member.
