PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve operation control device independently controlling a plurality of valves with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This device includes a plurality of camshafts 10, 11 concentrically arranged and rotating with synchronizing with an engine and a control device 21 independently controlling phase of each camshaft. At least one cam 15, 16 is provided on each camshaft. In an embodiment, the control device is a plurality of controllers controlling phase of the camshaft independently for each camshaft, and a plurality of the controllers are arranged in a concentric direction of each camshaft.
