<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a deterioration of organic light-emitting diode device in the organic electro-luminescence display device. <P>SOLUTION: This driving apparatus is provided with a data voltage source Vdata connected to the anode of an organic light-emitting diode 40 and first and second scan voltage sources Vin1, Vin2 connected to the cathode. The data voltage source Vdata applies a positive voltage to data lines DL1 to DLm and the first and second scan voltage sources Vin1 to Vin2 apply a negative voltage and a positive voltage to scan lines SL1 to SLn. The driving apparatus is also provided with data switching devices 41, first and second switching devices 42, 43 and a capacitor C connected in parallel, and when a scanning pulse SCAN applied to the scan lines SL1 to SLn is switched from a negative polarity to a positive polarity, the capacitor C quickly charges voltage to be applied from the anode of the organic light-emitting diode 40 to the cathode to reduce an overshooting phenomenon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
