PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device with an indirect vaporizing and cooling function and a 24-hour ventilating function, capable of being installed in a housing. SOLUTION: The ventilating device 1D stops the supply of working air WA into an indirect vaporizing and cooling unit 4 during heating operation. Outside air OA sucked from an outside air inlet 5 is heat-exchanged with return air RA sucked from a return air inlet 7 by a heat exchanging unit 31. In winder, the temperature of the return air RA is higher than the temperature of the outside air OA, and so the outside air OA has a higher temperature. The indirect vaporizing and cooling unit 4 does not cool product air PA passing through a product air flow path 11b because the supply of the working air WA is stopped.
