PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure for a vehicle capable of enhancing a commodity value of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The seat structure for the vehicle is provided with a front row seat 13 having a head rest 22; and a rear row seat 14 positioned on a rear side of the front row seat 13 and a front side of a cargo compartment 15 in a vehicle longitudinal direction and having a rotatable seat back 48. The head rest 22 can be rearwardly fallen and the seat back 48 is arranged below the head rest 22 in the rearward falling state by retaining it in a front inclining attitude.
