PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a D-dimer measuring reagent capable of measuring a DD/E fraction of a polymer and a DD/E fraction of a monomer, and a monoclonal antibody used in the same.

SOLUTION: This D-dimer measuring reagent comprising a carrier sensitized with the antibody having reactivity with the DD/E fractions and a tetramer of the DD/E fraction has the reactivity to at least 10% of the DD/E fraction, as to the reactivity with the DD/E fraction. The present invention provides a hybridoma deposited by an order acceptance number FERMP-19687 and the antibody derived from the hybridoma.
