<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the electronic component feeder of a total replacement carriage type which facilitates the replacement of a large-sized feed reel. <P>SOLUTION: According to the electronic component feeder, an elongated guide 61a is mounted on the base 17 of a carriage, and an elongated mobile body 65a capable of moving back and forth and rotating about pins 63 is mounted on the guide 61a. A frame 66 having a pin 67 is erected on the mobile body 65a, and the feed reel 13a is pivoted on the pin 67. Upon replacing the feed reel 13a, the mobile body 65a is moved back in an arrowed direction A by sliding it over the guide 61a, and is rotated in an arrowed direction B about the pins 63 which brings the feed reel 13a to a wide space above the rear of the guide 61a to be replaced there. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
