<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire marketing information related with an optimal distribution method by using a pocket type tissue as an advertising medium. <P>SOLUTION: A portable telephone set 20 and a management computer 22 are connected through the Internet I. The user of the portable telephone set 20 receives the distribution of tissue, and acquires the image information of a two-dimensional bar code attached to the tissue through the CCD camera of the portable telephone set 20. Then, character information such as address data LD, distribution place data PD and distribution time data TD included in the two-dimensional bar code is acquired, and the management computer 22 is accessed based on the address data LD by the portable telephone 20. Then, the Web page data of the Web page recording part of the management computer 22 are transmitted to the portable telephone set 20.
