PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a mobile communication means to acquire information in accordance with an information acquisition request signal and vehicle information by one user operation. SOLUTION: A system is provided in which an information center 10 transmits information to an on-vehicle apparatus 20 making an information acquisition request on the basis of the information acquisition request signal from the on-vehicle apparatus 20, wherein when the on-vehicle apparatus 20 transmits the information acquisition request signal, the on-vehicle apparatus 20 also transmits the vehicle information to the information center 10, and the information center 10 transmits information in accordance with the received information acquisition request signal and the received vehicle information to a mobile phone 1.
