PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal block structure capable of keeping a terminal screw in a form lifted from a terminal piece only by gradually loosing the terminal screw without increasing the number of components. SOLUTION: A terminal screw holding part 30 is formed on the upper side of a terminal board 2, and a holding hole 31 is so formed as to be coaxial with a screw hole 16 formed in a terminal piece 15. The terminal screw 20 is composed of: a leg 22 screwed to the screw hole 16 formed in the terminal piece 15; and a head 21 screwed to the holding hole 31 formed in the terminal screw holding part 30. When the terminal screw 20 is turned in a direction for being loosed from the terminal piece 15, screwing between the leg 22 and the screw hole 16 is released and a screwing head 21b of the terminal screw 20 is raised while being screwed to the holding hole 31. When the leg 22 is completely extracted from the screwing hole 16, the terminal screw 20 is kept in a form lifted from the terminal piece 15 by the terminal screw holding part 30.
