PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data reproducing device capable of reading only a normally reproduced data among the data recorded in a recording medium and reproducing it. SOLUTION: A CPU 7 acquires selection information from a flash memory 3. The CPU 7 outputs a reproduction instruction for reproducing data only about the selected information according to the selection information. A decoder part 9 receives the reproduction instruction and reproduces the data, and outputs a reproduction result. When the reproduction result shows reproduction failure, the CPU 7 changes the selection information.
