PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip capable of preventing a provisional fixing arm from being fitted or hung to a hole edge of an interior trim material, and capable of preventing the provisional fixing arm from being unable to be removed, and capable of preventing the provisional fixing arm from being damaged when the clip is removed from the interior trim member or a body panel. SOLUTION: Before fixing a regular fixing attachment hole 40 by an engaging protrusion 31, a provisional fixing attachment hole 41 is locked by an engaging elastic arm 32, and provisional fixing is performed. At this time, a thickness of a tip 32c of the engaging elastic arm 32 is thinner than a base part 32d, and thereby provisional fixing can be performed even when a thickness of the interior trim material 41a provisionally fixed is varied. Further, a bud holding means 33 is provided on the fitting elastic arm 32, the fitting elastic arm 32 is housed and held in a strut side part of a strut part when fixing is performed.
