PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material constituted exerting sufficient sound absorbing properties without impairing the flowability of an air conditioning fluid. SOLUTION: A honeycomb structural panel P is formed by laminating pasting members 5 and 6 on both sides of a pair of thin panels 3 and 4 having hollow protruded parts 3a and 4a formed thereto in a mutually opposed direction. Then, a skin member 11 is laminated on the upper surface of the honeycomb structural panel P while a sound absorbing material 14 is laminated on the under surface thereof to constitute the sheet material 1. This sheet material 1 is provided on a floor panel 10 to be bonded to an air conditioning unit. The fluid (hot air or cold air) supplied from the air conditioning unit is allowed to flow through the cavity part 7 formed by the honeycomb structural panel P of the sheet material 1.
