FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has circular bandage covering space from the upper forearm one-third to subcapital zone of metacarpal bones allowing opening along dorsal hand surface and having fasteners. Distal bandage end shows deviation in the direction opposite with respect to clubhand direction. The bandage has inserts for creating interdigital spaces as textile ribbons attached to palm bandage surface on one side and fixable on its dorsal surface on the other side. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in eliminating radial hand deviation; retained finger separation function in postoperative period. ^ 2 dwg
