<p>The coating (32) having bisphenol-A-epichlorohydrin resin (25-60%) with average molecular weight less than 700 is coated on the surface of the aluminum layer (31) (strength of 0.4 mm). Ethyl acetate (5-15 wt.%), polyisocyanate (35-80 wt.%), aromatic hydrocarbon resins (10-40 wt.%), thixotropic agent (5-12 wt.%), m-xylylene diamine (20-40 wt.%), nonyl phenol (5-15 wt.%), benzyl alcohol (20-40 wt.%) and crosslinkers and dispersants (2-8 wt.%) are used as hardener. Polypropylene- foam and/or comb are added as core of the plate (30). Coupling agent (34) (strength of 7-8 mu m) is applied between the coating (strength in 0.7-1 mm) and the surface of the aluminum layer. The length and width of the board are 3.10-3.50 m and 2.20-2.60 m. Independent claims are also included for: (1) formwork element with the control board; (2) a method of manufacturing of the formwork element; and (3) a method for repairing the form work element.</p> |
