The invention relates to chemical equipment, in particular to plants for pyrolisis (gasification) in the volume of melts of salts or alkalis of domestic and industrial waste containing organic substances. The plant is equipped with unit for introduction of waste, set on the body axis, and its lower edge located below the melt level, and in the reactor chamber the shell is disposed axially thereto, and the lower end thereof is located below the edge of the unit for introduction, and the upper one is located above the melt level. In space between the unit for introduction and the shell one or two helical surfaces are located, and in the space between the shell and the body heating pipes are disposed. The plant is equipped with pressing discharge mechanism for withdrawing solid slags. This mechanism has heater and flap lid, and the latter has a circular bore for cooling and plate-shaped heater. The proposed structure allows to achieve a high pyrolisis productivity and provide withdrawing heavy slags.
