<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the moral of an applicant by inhibiting dishonest attendance application. <P>SOLUTION: A dishonest application data determination section 11 determines whether the state in the occurrence day of the attendance stated in application data 41 has possibility of losing the credibility of the attendance statement, and determines the presence of the dishonest application when the total of specified values of information having possibility exceeds a threshold. A level of importance calculation/determination section 13 calculates the level of importance (seriousness of dishonesty) on the basis of the score of information on a determination element used for determining the dishonest application. A warning message preparation/transmission section 14 establishes a warning message complying with the level of importance and a notification destination, and extracts the warning message 28 corresponding to the level of importance from a warning message storage means for notification to a specified notification destination when the attendance application is dishonest. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
