<p num="1"><br/><br/><br/>A preventive and/or therapeutic agent for urine collection disorders <br/>accompanying lower urinary tract obstruction, characterized by containing an <br/>indoline derivative represented by the following general formula (I): <br/>[Chemical formula 1] (wherein R represents optionally substituted aliphatic <br/>acyl optionally having an unsaturated bond, hydroxyalkyl, aliphatic <br/>acyloxyalkyl, lower alkoxy, carboxy, lower alkoxycarbonyl, aryl(lower <br/>alkoxy)carbonyl, carbamoyl, (mono- or dialkyl)carbonyl or cyano(lower alkyl), <br/>optionally halogenated aromatic acyl, furoyl, or pyridylcarbonyl; R1 <br/>represents cyano or carbamoyl; and R2 represents lower alkyl optionally having <br/>a halogen atom, cyano group, or aryl group), or a pharmacologically acceptable <br/>salt of the derivative. The derivative and salt are usable as a preventive <br/>and/or therapeutic agent for urine collection disorders accompanying lower <br/>urinary tract obstruction.<br/>
