<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely delete hospital information especially between a clinic and a hospital and between hospitals by preventing deletion of the hospital information without permission. <P>SOLUTION: The information server 500 is connected to a communication network provided with a plurality of terminals in medical institutions for transmitting the hospital information including information concerning an introduction destination medical institution for a patient and medical examination for the patient from one terminal to the other terminal.
