PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the local current concentration of a superconducting device, realize its stable high frequency transmission characteristics, and cope with both the current characteristics and the power characteristics. SOLUTION: The superconducting device comprises a dielectric board (11) and a two-dimensional circuit pattern (12) made of a superconductive material on the dielectric board and the two-dimensional circuit pattern has at least a notch (20) at its part including an arc, its arc has a radius of curvature R not greater than 1/4 the effective wavelengthλ.
