PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive plaster for protecting a wound with which the wound or its periphery does not ache when something hits it from the upper side of the adhesive plaster after the adhesive plaster is applied on it. SOLUTION: A protective material which has a shape not smaller than a pad to be brought into contact with the wound is fitted to the central upper part of the adhesive plaster for reducing the impact on the wound or its periphery under the adhesive plaster.
