PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influence of increasing of a viscosity of ink due to evaporation of water in the ink from an ejection nozzle of an inkjet recording head. SOLUTION: The ejection nozzle for ejecting ink is communicating with each liquid chamber 12 having a heater 2 for generating a pressure for ejecting the ink by foaming the ink. Each ejection nozzle has an opening section 7 which faces the outside and holds a meniscus 15 of the ink and a narrow section 9 which is positioned between the opening section 7 and the liquid chamber 12 and has a cross section smaller than that of the opening section 7.
