PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pull out a wedge-like lock plate for locking a table locked in a binding position from between the table and a frame without large driving force. SOLUTION: The table 5 having a clincher mechanism 11 formed at the tip part is rotatably supported on the frame 2, and a pair of lock plates 16a, 16b supported slidably along the frame 2 are inserted between the table 5 and the frame 2 to inhibit the clincher mechanism 11 of the table 5 from turning in the direction of separating from a staple driving part 3. Driving cams 24a, 24b for driving the lock plates 16a, 16b are independently provided on the lock plates 16a, 16b, respectively, and set with a difference in timing of starting the operation for pulling out both lock plates 16a, 16b from between the table 5 and the frame 2 by the driving cams 24a, 24b.
