PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out continuous molding of a molded component, especially of a foamed molded component while ejecting a defective having a joint section of an old-sheet raw sheet and a new-sheet raw sheet efficiently. SOLUTION: In a molding line comprising at least: a raw sheet feeder 100 equipped with a raw sheet splicing machine 120 splicing the end-piece of a lead-sheet raw sheet 11 with the tip section of a wait-sheet raw sheet 12 while feeding an unreeled raw sheet to a molding apparatus; a molding apparatus 200 giving molding to a resin sheet 10 fed from the raw sheet feeder 100; a cutting-off apparatus 300 equipped with a cutter section 301 cutting the resin sheet 10 molded at the molding apparatus 200 into each cutting unit including a molded component of one shot of molding, the resin sheet 10 including the joint section of the lead-sheet raw sheet 11 and the wait-sheet raw sheet 12 which were spliced by the raw sheet splicing machine 120 is made to be preliminarily fed without molding by the molding apparatus 200, and is cut in the same cutting position as the above cutting unit, and the cut and not-molded resin sheet including this joint section is removed from the above molding line.
