PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of stably guiding game balls to a game area by a ball guide route and simplifying the attaching work of a member forming the ball guide route to a game board. SOLUTION: An outer side guide rail 40 is provided with an outer side guide rail holding member 60 having the width and length roughly same as the outer side guide rail at least and holding the position of the outer side guide rail by being abutted to the back surface 42 of the ball guide surface 41 of the outer side guide rail. The outer side guide rail holding member and an inner side guide rail 50 are at least integrally formed, a non-abutting part 61 not to be abutted to the ball guide surface of the outer side guide rail is formed at a part of the outer side guide rail holding member, and a ball guide surface of the outer side guide rail not abutted to the outer side guide rail holding member by the non-abutting part serves as a collision area where the game ball hit from a hitting device is easily made to collide first.
