PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost hub unit capable of mounting several sorts of component parts having different hole patterns without using a separate member. SOLUTION: Female threads are formed on each of a plurality of bolt holes 5, and a flange part 4 is provided with a plurality of bolt hole groups H having such a hole pattern that a plurality of bolt holes 5 having the same nominal diameter of their female threads are arranged on the same pitch circle R uniformly in the circumferential direction, and it is arranged so that different bolt hole groups H have at least either of the female thread nominal diameter and pitch circle diameter R which differs from one another.
