<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal quality evaluation device for produce reducing an attenuation amount, of measuring light emitted to the produce, in an inside of the produce, and measuring internal quality with high sensitivity, in the internal quality evaluation device for the produce evaluating the internal quality of the produce, by irradiating the produce conveyed on a conveying line with the measuring light from a light source and by receiving transmission light transmitted through the produce by a photoreception part. <P>SOLUTION: An optical path length for the measuring light 22 in the inside of the produce 12 is shortened, and the attenuation of the measuring light is restrained thereby to increase a photoreception light quantity of transmission light. by emitting the measuring light 22 from an upper side of the produce 12 by the upper side light source 17, and by receiving the transmission light in an angle within a prescribed range of the measuring light, such as reception of the transmission light transmitted from the inside of the produce 12 to a side of the produce 12, by a sideway photoreception pat 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
