PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a vacuum heat insulating panel attached to an inner face of an outer casing from being damaged by a reinforcement member in mounting the reinforcement member on the outer casing so that heat insulating effect can be kept. SOLUTION: A contact piece 31B of each rear reinforcement portion 31 of the reinforcement member 30 is brought into contact with inner faces of both side plates 21a of the outer casing 21, a contact piece 32B of each lower reinforcement portion 32 is also brought into contact with the inner faces of both side plates 21a of the outer casing 21, a fixing piece 31A of each rear reinforcement part 31 is brought into contact with an inner face of a back flange 22 and fixed through a screw 33, and the reinforcement member 30 can be fixed to the outer casing 21 while being kept away from the vacuum heat insulating panel 26 attached to the inner face of the outer casing 21, as a cut portion 31C is formed on an upper part of the contact piece 31B, when a fixing piece 32A of each lower reinforcement part 32 is brought into contact with an inner face of the lower flange 23 and fixed through the screw 33.
