PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fluid remaining in an expansion chamber from being under a sealed condition after an outflow stroke of fluid from an outflow port in a rotary expansion machine and a fluid machine provided with the same. SOLUTION: A liquid seal prevention means 80 keep communication between a remaining space S in which fluid remains and the outflow port 37 after the outflow stroke of fluid from the outflow port 37.
