<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus with an optical wireless communication function which suppresses consumption power, and at the same time, accurately radiates a light to a receiving device. <P>SOLUTION: The device radiates the light to a direction which an imaging apparatus viewing and recognition means shows.
