<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing console or the like capable of decrease the number of operating unit groups for setting parameters of a channel and improving the operability. <P>SOLUTION: Light guide bodies 11a, 12a, 21a, 22a are respectively provided to rotary operating units 11, 21 and slide operating units 12, 22 of first and second operating unit groups 1, 2. Multi-color light emission LEDs of the light guide bodies 11a, 12a, 21a, 22a emit light in multi-colors. Unique light emission colors are set to all internal channels. An UP/DOWN switch 3 assigns a setting channel to the first and second operating unit groups 1, 2. The multi-color light emission LEDs emit light in a light emission colors of the respectively set channel corresponding to the first and second operating unit groups 1, 2.
