Process is used for the preparation of layer system (1) comprising substrate (4), outer layer (9), which can be a ceramic layer, and intermediate layer on the substrate, where these have penetrating anchoring element (10) or inner anchoring element (13). Layers (7) and (9) are produced in partial layers (9', 9'', 9''') and anchoring element (10) and inner anchoring element (13) are deposited in layers (e.g. 10', 10'', 10''').
