摘要	The present invention relates to an inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase comprising vitisin A and ? -viniferin that are polyphenol components in grapevine extract (Vitis vinifera) as an effective ingredient. The grapevine extract and vitisin A and Y -viniferin which are effective ingredients extracted and purified from the grapevine extract according to the present invention inhibit the dissolution of acetylcholine, neurotransmitter in human brain, by inhibiting the activity of acetylcholinesterase, and thus can be used for a pharmaceutical composition, medicine and health food product for improving brain function, preventing or treating senile dementia, blood circulatory disorder, and controlling blood pressure.
