PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector light tunnel holding mechanism capable of attaining the simplification of a structure, the easy assemblage and the reduction of a cost while highly accurately maintaining the relative position of reflectors constituting a light tunnel under a high temperature environment. SOLUTION: The holding mechanism of holding the light tunnel 10 is constituted of: a holder 20 for separately holding the outer surfaces 11b and 12b of reflectors 11 and 12; a pressure member 30 for pressurizing the outer surface 12b of the other reflector 12 toward the holder 20; and a supporting member 40 for supporting the outer surface 11b of the other reflector 11, etc. Then, the simplification of the structure, the easy assemblage and the reduction of the cost are attained while highly accurately maintaining the relative position of the reflectors 11 and 12.
